Request your Lincolnshire interior estimate
Request a Lincolnshire interior estimate through the form, call 224-395-4544 or email brushandbrightpaint@gmail.com. Include your surface list, preparation concerns and relevant access arrangements. Name and email are required; phone is optional. Note work by others that changes the painting sequence.
SMS consent is optional. Leave the checkbox unchecked if you do not wish to receive text messages. Read our Privacy Policy.
Separate painted surfaces from replacement work
If flooring, trim or other components will change, describe the intended starting condition for painting. The request should identify walls, ceilings and woodwork without implying installation or unrelated repair services. Mark closets, adjoining spaces and additional door faces explicitly. Cabinet finishing should remain a separate request even when it shares a room with the wall work.

Review the preparation needed for the result
Point out patches, cracks, dents or stains and explain concerns that return. Ask what preparation is included and which issues require assessment or another scope first. Paint does not repair the source of moisture or erase all existing texture. Discuss unknown coatings before any disturbance rather than removing finish yourself for the estimate.

Choose finishes after identifying what stays
View samples beside retained floors, cabinets and woodwork under the lighting you actually use. Discuss walls, ceilings and trim individually for sheen, appearance and cleaning needs. Decide where new color meets unchanged spaces. Small touch-ups and matching color selections may still look different against an older finish, so agree expectations before the work.

Arrange private-project access and everyday use
Explain furniture, occupied rooms and the routes you need available. If building rules affect your project, provide the relevant information before dates are arranged. A private-room request does not include shared-area work or acceptance of unknown requirements. Agree protection and movement responsibilities, then ask about return to use and cleaning for the selected coatings.
