Request your Kildeer interior estimate
Request a Kildeer interior estimate through the form, call 224-395-4544 or email brushandbrightpaint@gmail.com. Include rooms, detailed features and condition or access concerns. Name and email are required; phone is optional. Mark additions separately from the main work.
SMS consent is optional. Leave the checkbox unchecked if you do not wish to receive text messages. Read our Privacy Policy.
Give detailed features their own scope
A paneled area, painted shelving or several doorways can change what a room repaint involves. Describe those features separately rather than assuming they are included with the walls. Identify the material if known and whether it is already painted. Cabinet components, closet interiors and retained stained wood should have clear boundaries too.

Agree the preparation behind the appearance
Point out patches, dents, cracks or marks visible in normal room lighting. Ask which preparation belongs in the estimate and which corrections require a separate scope. Paint cannot resolve the source of recurring moisture or guarantee that all texture disappears. If a finish is unknown, discuss assessment before any disturbance rather than preparing it yourself.

Coordinate the finish with what remains
View colors beside retained flooring, stone, tile or woodwork under the lights you normally use. Discuss sheen separately for walls, ceilings and painted details. A matching color does not guarantee an invisible blend with an older surface. Set expectations for touch-ups, texture and transitions before treating a sample as the complete finish decision.

Make access part of the estimate
Describe furniture, fragile belongings, tall areas and rooms you must keep using. Agree who moves items, what will be protected and where work stops at adjoining spaces. Include other repairs or trades when discussing the sequence. Ask when the selected coating permits normal use and cleaning instead of assuming touch-dry means ready for everything.

  • Are built-ins included in ordinary room painting?
Only if specifically assessed and included. Describe them separately from walls and ceilings.
  • Can doors be an optional part of the estimate?
Yes. List the faces, edges and frames you want considered.
  • Will new paint make textured surfaces flat?
Not automatically. Existing texture and the agreed preparation determine the achievable appearance.
  • Can retained woodwork remain unchanged?
Yes. Identify the boundaries and protection for surfaces you do not want painted.
